Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payment
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your spot.
Full payment must be made before March 17, 2025.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, M-Pesa, or PayPal (transaction fees may apply).
Late payments may result in loss of booking without a refund.
2. Cancellation Policy
More than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus the non-refundable deposit.
30 to 60 days before departure: 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
Less than 30 days before departure: No refunds will be issued.
If the workshop is canceled by the organisers due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, security risks, or insufficient bookings), a full refund will be provided or participants may transfer their booking to a future workshop.
3. Travel & Insurance
Participants are responsible for their own travel and health insurance. It is strongly recommended to have coverage for trip cancellations, medical emergencies, evacuation, and personal equipment.
The workshop fee excludes international flights, travel insurance, park fees, Nairobi hotel stays (if needed before/after the trip), and personal expenses.
4. Health & Safety
Participants should ensure they are in good physical health, as the workshop may involve extended game drives and outdoor activities.
It is the participant’s responsibility to inform the organisers of any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or special needs in advance.
Wildlife safaris carry inherent risks, and all participants must follow the guide’s safety instructions at all times.
5. Equipment & Responsibility
Participants are responsible for their own photography gear, laptops, chargers, and accessories.
The organisers are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during the workshop.
While every effort will be made to provide optimal photographic opportunities, wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed.
6. Conduct & Ethics
This workshop promotes ethical wildlife photography and responsible tourism.
Participants must adhere to park regulations, respect wildlife, and avoid any disruptive behaviour.
The organizers reserve the right to remove any participant who behaves inappropriately or endangers the group, with no refund.
7. Use of Images & Media
By joining this workshop, participants agree to allow the organisers to use behind-the-scenes footage, participant testimonials, and non-private images for marketing and promotional purposes (unless otherwise requested).
Participants retain full copyright of their images but are encouraged to tag and credit the workshop in social media posts.
8. Force Majeure
The organisers are not liable for cancellations or changes due to acts of nature, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond their control.
Alternative arrangements will be made where possible, but refunds cannot be guaranteed.
9. Agreement
By signing up for this workshop, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
